Prior to EOS, Thomas developed and implemented digital growth strategies inter alia at Magna, Rohde & Schwarz and QUNDIS. Thomas holds degrees from the University of Hagen and the FH Nordhessen.

Prior to joining EOS, Judith gained valuable experience in corporate level, medium-sized companies and service providers. Most recently she was responsible for HR in a private equity portfolio firm from growth to sale. Her qualifications include degrees in business administration, coaching as well as change- and organizational development.
